Public Node is now officially non-profit organization

Public Node has been given 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization status by the IRS. This means that it is exempted from federal income tax under Internal Revenue Code (IRC) Section 501(c)(3).

At the same time, Public Node also qualifies to receive tax deductible bequests, devices, transfers or gifts under Section 2055, 2106 or 2522. In other words, Public Node is a public charity under IRC section 501(c)(3).

What is Public Node?

Public Node runs full validator nodes for the community. This allows individuals, small businesses to be a part of open Stellar network.

Public Node’s membership plans start from as-low-as 50 XLM per month or 500 XLM per year. It is also possible to go for fixed $5/month membership where you do not have exposure to XLM’s market volatility.
