Blockchain Association is a member driven organization which represents unified voice for the entire blockchain industry. Today, they have announced three new members on their board.
First is Candace Kelly, who is general counsel of Stellar Development Foundation. Candace’s experience speaks for itself – she has worked for Uber, the US Attorney’s office, and the FBI.
Second member is Macro Santori, who is who is chief legal officer at Kraken cryptocurrency exchange. Marco is one of the best known and most respected legal minds in the crypto community.
Third person added to their board is Jason Somensatto, who is pragmatic, patient and thoughtful leader. He joins the board to serve as a representative of the growing DeFi community. He handles legal and policy at 0x project.
Their board, drawn from leaders from their member companies helps set their perspective and strategy.
Two openings were announced three months back. First opening was announced when representative of Anchorage, a custody firm left the company. Second vacancy was announced when Coinbase exchange left Blockchain Association.
